Planned water outage for Swan View, Greenmount, Stratton and Jane Brook

Residents in parts of Swan View, Greenmount, Stratton and Jane Brook will be without water from 9pm Tuesday, 14 June to 4am Wednesday, 15 June while our crews undertake essential maintenance work to replace a water valve.

Water tankers will be available at the Brown Park Community Centre car park should residents require water during these hours. We encourage the community to plan ahead, and store bottled water in the fridge.

Residents may experience a temporary reduction in water pressure and water discolouration for up to 24 hours following completion of the work.

Water discolouration can occur due to changes in water pressure stirring up natural sediment in the water, however, the sediment is harmless and the water is safe to use. Discolouration will reduce as water and sediment is dispersed throughout the network.
