Residents of inner northern suburbs advised of possible water supply impacts
Residents in parts of North Perth, Mount Lawley, Coolbinia, Menora, Inglewood and Yokine may experience short-term water supply impacts due to essential network repairs.
Works will take place along Moulden Avenue in Yokine from 7am Wednesday 1st February 2023 to 5pm Friday 3rd February 2023.
Some customers may experience reduced water pressure or water discolouration. This will be temporary and improve once repairs are complete.
Discolouration can occur due to changes in water pressure stirring up natural sediment in water pipes. Sediment is harmless and water remains safe to use. Discolouration will reduce as water is dispersed throughout the network.
Residents on Moulden Avenue may notice more activity in the area, with traffic management in place for the safety of drivers, pedestrians and work crews. Every effort will be made to keep localised disruptions to a minimum.
Customers with special water needs, or those with prolonged discolouration or reduced pressure can phone Water Corporation’s 24-hour faults and emergencies line on 13 13 75 or email PRFScustomerservice@watercorporation.com.au
Our crews are working hard to complete repairs in a safe and timely manner. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank customers for their patience and understanding.
