Extending your bill
If you need more time to pay your water bill, you can extend your bill due date online by a maximum of 28 days from the original due date. Each bill is limited to 1 extension.
You will need a copy of your bill, which contains the bill ID and account number.
Concession customers
Please call us on 1300 650 471 before your bill becomes overdue to discuss your options.
Tenant bill extensions
If you have tenant billing set up and receive water use bills directly from us, you can use the online form to get a 28 day extension. Alternatively, if you make your water use payments to the property manager or owner, please contact them directly to arrange an extension.

Extending multiple bills
If you are a business or property manager, you can extend multiple bills in your online account in one go.
Please log in to your online account to extend multiple bills.
Please note: each bill can only be extended once by a maximum of 28 days from its original due date. Your new due dates will vary for each bill depending on the original due date. You can view the updated dates in your online account under 'Current bills' in the 'Bill & payments' tab.
