Call our Faults and Emergencies team
To report a fault or emergency such as:
- a water outage that’s not on our outages page
- burst water mains
- wastewater overflows
- damaged water, wastewater or drainage pipelines
- a safety issue
Call 13 13 75 so we can respond as soon as possible.
For TTY users, please call 13 36 77 (National Relay Service) and ask for 13 13 75.
