How to register for an online account
Registering for an online account is quick and simple. All you need is a copy of your bill.
If you’ve recently moved into your property, you'll need to wait until you receive your first bill before registering. This is because you need your unique Electronic Reference Number (ERN) found on the top right-hand side of the back of your bill.
Property managers: If you are a property manager looking to start management of a new property, please first complete the Start Management form to add a property. Once you've submitted the form, you'll receive the first bill for the property, including your unique ERN to register for an online account.

- Homeowners
