How to set up EFT
You can quickly and securely pay multiple bills with EFT.
Log in to your online account, then select – Set up EFT under the Bills & payments section. You'll then be taken into the My Water portal, where you can set up your EFT payments. Please read and accept the EFT terms and conditions to get started.
Follow the steps below in My Water
- Select - 'New request'. We strongly recommend you give it a reference – this will make it easier to manage in future.
- to select the bills you want to pay using EFT, select ‘Select bills’. Add a bill by ticking the box. You can tick as many as you need. Select 'Add bills' to ensure they’re included in your request. Please note: If bills are missing, this may be because they are overdue. You’ll need to pay those bills using the 'Pay now' option in your online account. Please exit My Water to do this.
- We’ll ask you to confirm your request before 'Submitting'.
Once submitted, we'll provide you with the BSB and Bank account details to reference when you make your BPAY payment. You can also print a copy of your request.
After getting the confirmation, please go to your bank and submit your payment as normal using the EFT reference shown.
Once the payment has been successfully processed, those bills will move to your bill & payment history.
If anything unforeseen happens with your payment request, we will send you an email advising you what you need to do.
