Have you purchased and installed a WELS 4-star toilet to replace a single flush toilet? You can apply for a rebate here.

Before you start, please have a copy of the following on hand, as you’ll need to submit them with your rebate claim:

  • your paid itemised receipt/tax invoice, which shows your address, the purchase of a WELS 4-star toilet/s and replacement of a single flush toilet/s at the property by a licensed plumber
  • a photo of the single flush toilet/s you are replacing and a photo of the new 4-star toilet/s that has been installed, clearly showing the toilet flush buttons and area around the toilets
  • your account number, which can be found on your Water Corporation bill.

Property details

Your account number is located on the front of your bill on the top right-hand side, starting with '90'. It must match the property address claiming the rebate.

Product and installation details

So that we can process your rebate, we need a few details about the toilet and plumber who installed it for you.

You'll find the name and model of the toilet on your receipt.

Rebate documents

Please attach a copy of the required documents for verification of your rebate.

Your rebate can’t be processed if a document is missing.

Files should be in PDF, JPEG or PNG and no larger than 5.0 MB total.

Payment

If approved, we'll process your rebate as a credit to your Water Corporation account for the property provided in this application within 60 days of receipt of your application.
